The sales associate were professional and kind and knowledgeable. on my first visit to you location at great lakes mall, I was greeted by the district manager, she was very friendly and interested in me as a person and not a consumer. The kicker was I didn't find out that she was the district manager until after I completed my transactions with another sales associate. With that being said, please continue with the same training that you have provided your staff with, that's what will keep me coming back as a customer, because customer service is so important.

Journey was a fantastic associate to work with. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to make sure I put together the perfect bracelet for my wife. I will be sending her anyone I know that is looking for Pandora gear. Thanks again for a great experience!
