It was a visit about a week before Christmas. They were very clear that there was a wait for a salesperson and you do need a salesperson to navigate well throughout the store. We browsed and had a clear idea what we needed answered to purchase.

Love the variety of products but would love to see more solid 14k items. Perhaps if gold prices drop.🤞 Like that Pandora brings in new updated designs. Bring back retired pieces from time to time. What's old is new! The sales personal are amazing.

My salesperson Dawn was extremely friendly and helpful! She was knowledgeable and patient with me. I was very impressed with the way she explained things to me. I was extremely pleased with my visit and felt that I was business was appropriated.
