Friendly and attentive sales associate helps make the experience pleasant!

The sales associate was very helpful in finding the right piece of jewelry to fit my daughters' interests. We have 4 daughters and they are all very different she had great ideas to suit each one. She was very patient and wrapped the gifts as well!

I called the Pandora Location to verify that a particular sale item was available to purchase at this location. The item was available and put on hold for me to purchase as well as look at other items that I would like to consider for Christmas purchases. The sales associate was nice and polite and even had a sense of humor as my boyfriend was making jokes during the purchase he was making for me. It's nice to see the sales staff can be professional and fun during the holiday season.

This store was able to help me and even honored an online coupon for Pandora after an order I placed online cancelled because the item was not available. Yet the item was readily available at the store... hmmmm.

First of all the sale associate (Ebony) was very helpful. She kept her word and came back to assist me when she was finish with her customer and didn't give me to another associate. She apologize for the wait because they were very busy due to the sale. Customers were coming into the store when was ask to line up outside the store and a sales associate would come and get them. Ebony was able to locate the items that were on hold for me and she located the others ones that I were interested in.
