When I arrived, I was greated by a very friendly sales associate. She asked what I was looking for, and she escorted me to the booth with the rings. She was very patient while I was picking out a ring and she helped me find the one that was right for me. I was very happy with my experience with this Pandora, and the product I had purchased.

Dawn was my sales person in the Mentor store. She was very helpful when it came to picking out my bracelet and charms. She also cleaned my full bracelet and gave me helpful advice on cleaning my Pandora jewelry. She pointed out sales items that she felt I might be interested in. I ended up purchasing the cleaning kit.

the salesperson was very helpful and took time with me. I really didn't know the names of the one charm I wanted but she took time for me to explain what it looked like. After all that she knew which one I was talking about and found it for me. She didn't get mad or upset because I didn't know what I was really looking for.
