The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products. She went above and beyond to help my Mom and I replace a bracelet I’d gotten her for Mother’s Day. The sales associate was very kind and it was nice to experience such great customer service.

Ray at the Mentor OH. location was great! Wish I could’ve given her my business! She was empathetic and very helpful/understanding of my lack of knowledge regarding Pandora. Lexi the “sales lead” at that location flaunted the fact that she had reached her “sales goal” of $1400 for the day and expressed that she “shouldn’t be selling anything” but had to because all the other salespeople were new. Overall id visit this location again. Honestly, id be just as rude to Lexi as she was to me this time around! .

Nichole was very friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended my best options. I was buying multiple gifts and she really made me feel like I was important like the old days of customer service.

I received the best help from 3 associates- Nichole, Ro and Tasha. I purchased the Pandora ME link bracelet and they were helpful in adjusting the size. I could not have done it myself. A difficult bracelet.
