I purchased a pandora bead in Germany and was unable to get it on my bracelet. The staff at this store was very helpful. The problem was solved. You probably should advise people that some beads need to be screwed on.

I just love all Pandora products! The quality of the merchandise is outstanding. The displays are so convenient, you can try on any ring you want at your leisure. I'm a huge fun of Pandora!
