I came in looking for a ring for my girlfriend. The associate was able to find the ring almost as soon as I walked in. My father also wanted to get a gift at the same time and the associate was very accommodating.

All of the Sales Associate were very pleasant and exhibited excellent customer service with welcoming smiles on their faces. It's nice to see that seeing that it was two days before Christmas and the line was long.

All the associates were very helpful and generous to not only me but other customers as well. Due to the holiday season the store was a little over crowded, but one associate kindly asked for everyone to form a line for the security and saftey for the associates and the store itself. That particular associate would walk up and down the line keeping the customers updated on how much longer their wait time was. Another associate everytime she would help a new customer she had the biggest smile on her face that could light up the room. The associate that helped me suggested more styles of rings to me other than the one i was dead set on purchasing. And in the end i chose one of her suggested rings and i am completely in love with the luminous love knot.

Everyone was very nice when I visited and they were more than happy to assist me. My pandora store is quite small, so it did take some time for someone to assist me but I understood that all the sales associates were doing there job and helping customers. They didn’t rush with their one customer just to get the job done. The lady helping me was very kind and since I didn’t know exactly what I was wanting, she assisted me in asking for a price range I would like to stay in and showed many different options to me. Which helped me a lot.

Staff is always friendly and helpful.. Very impressed with promptness of service.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora because the people there are so nice and patient. Everything is easy to look for and the staff is great at offering help. I was satisfied that I was able to get what I need right then and there and not having to wait.

The sales lady was knowledgeable, patient and nice. The store was bright sales label well. All the sales ladies worked well together.

My husband bought charms for my bracelet. Amy was so awesome she helped with picking and suggesting charms. She also arranged charms on my bracelet so sizing would be even all the way around...Merry Christmas.
