I loved the care and respect that Dawn gave me. I went to Beachwood Place first and really didn't know how professional Dawn was until I compared her with the sales rep that waited on me at the Beachwood store. The difference in the two saleswomen was unbelievable. I will return to the Great Lakes Mall whenever I am in need of Pandora. I hope Dawn will be there. I have already recommended her to my daughter who is a lover of Pandora and owns many charms.
