I was in there to grab 5 things and only left with 2 of the items. The sizes and/or product was unavailable. I at least thought that the associate would offer to get them in for me, but I was not offered that.

Email received on sale and manager did not want vto honor the sale because she did not have a poster/flyer advertising the sale. The email clearly stated on line or in store. Associate was very helpful not so much on the rudeness of the manager. Sale from 12-26 to 1-1-23

The line was way too long. There were moments where associates were not helping customers to speed the process up what seemed like longer than needed but customer service was great. Associate that assisted me was very nice and friendly, willing to help and give suggestions and very personable

The line outside the store was really long and slow moving because there was only one person working for much of the time.

The items that I wanted were not in stock. Very discouraging to be looking forward to certain items after waiting a long period in line for you not to get them.

You have a highly sought after product, and should implement a better strategy in delivering that product. That may include additional team members, kiosks, self-pickup lockers, etc. Whatever you choose, do something that supports your amazing teams who deal with (and overcome) the immediate disappointment of long lines and extended wait times.
