It’s always room for improvement

The First lady was rude and didn't want to help me at all. Then it was another lady there who help me find what I was looking for. I ask her is there a sale on anything. She told me about the 30% off and she show me them. And when I seen it . I found what I wanted.

I was satisfied with my visit. I went in not looking for anything special but left with two beautiful charms. Ms. Dee helped me with my choice.

Difficulty paying with the reader. Tried several times and was unsuccessful. Sales associate had to use another iPad in order for me to make the purchase. Too time consuming and I was very frustrated but patient. Finally was resolved.

Everything was normal experience nothing above and beyond service nice person.

The selection of gold jewelry was limited

Overall I had a good experience. The store wasn't busy and I purchased my items w/in 5 minutes. The sales associate was very friendly and welcoming

They didn't have much there at all. It wasn't a sale going on at all to. Also the salesperson was trying to make me do online stuff.

The Rose Gold Pandora Crown was not available in the store, there were no clearance charms like in the Beachwood store. This store had small selection.
