I think there needs to be a bigger selection on display. I came to get the turtle charm that is shown on display, but you had none. I was disappointed.

No problem

I made two purchases on line, and had to return one that the size was incorrect. Second purchase item was defective. The sales associate was very helpful, it had nothing to do with the store, it was the online purchase that I wasn’t highly satisfied with.

My store experience was so good and loved my purchase I came back maybe 2 weeks later to buy more charms.

The items in stock were very low because it was Valentines Day.

had to drive far because i got home my product was not there a big disappointment. was not offered a coupon or anything.

My husband came to stand next to me after browsing and was told we needed to be six feet apart. He was very unhappy with the comment.

The others customers did not follow all the rules of staying at the 1 station they should stand at with their sales person and not move to a different station, non of the sales reps would say anything to remind them of sterilization and having to wipe things downs for the other customers.

I was satisfied and I really have no complaints. If I have to say anything negative at all I would say that I have had better experiences in the past but this can be due to the pandemic. Anything other then that I really have no complaints and this location always give great service.
