I needed to have my charm bracelet and necklace (both purchased from pandora) cleaned and the lady said they were not able to do it at this time, but when I was leaving I heard another customer say that she was waiting to pick up her things that had been cleaned.

Social distancing ruins the experience. I understand the reason and regulations but I spent way more time waiting in line just to get into the store. Once inside everything was fantastic, however I couldn't help but recognize that the former charm of shopping at Pandora store is gone. It used to be a relaxing and whimsical experience, but I couldn't help but feel the eyes of all behind me waiting in line to get into the store and knew I couldn't hold things up.

It is just when I got my daughters bracket it came with two clasps to maintain the charms. We should t have to pay for the clasps as well unless u want them to be fancy.

Only one associate on floor helping people. Had to wait for other associate to come from back when all I needed was jewelry cleaner.

With the COVID restrictions we were not allowed to view the cases. Had to stay in one place and say what we thought we wanted to see and have it brought to us. We were the only customers in the store. Will be happy when the restrictions are lifted!
