There was not a sales associate anywhere to be found. I missed around the store waiting for someone to come out of the back. I finally had to tell hello and then 2 came out.

There were only 2 visible sales associates for about 10 minutes while I was in the store waiting to be serviced.

I was satisfied with my experience with Pandora. My sales associate was wonderful and took her time to meet all of my needs. I have no complaints about my experience in the store.

I wasn't there long enough to be able to say that I was highly satisfied. A call was put in to this store from Southpark Mall because a charm that I wanted was not there. I just picked up my charm that was put on hold for me then left.

There are not enough rings in size 10 or 11. In store the selection was too little.

We needed to exchange a damaged item and it was not in stock. When I originally tried to purchase the item, they didn't have it either and had to drive to another location to get it. I always find it hard to know if we are really seeing everything because you are at the mercy of the sales rep to show you what they have. Very little is on display.

well the rings are very pricey but i love the rings. definitely wanting to get another one!
