To me the term highly satisfied is reserved for exemplary circumstances. Considering I was visiting the store during the holiday season, satisfied is a positive assessment and compliment. I was greeted by a pleasant sales person which met all my needs. :)

I have been a customer at Pandora for a while now, seeing as my family members are Pandora jewelry gurus. I understand it is Christmas time, but i definitely felt rushed and not valued as a customer. The two employees that helped me did not smile at me once through the whole conversation and dare i say almost rude to me. I am a 17 year old teenager so maybe they assumed i wasn’t interested in a big purchase so did not want to waste their time on me, but i bought two charms and two cleaning kits and even after picking everything out they were still rude.

There is not enough help during the holiday shopping season, so if you need to just run in for something more often then not you can't due to all associates being busy with customers. I feel there should be more advertised sales and or give-a-ways. If an item goes on sale within 7 or 10 days of purchase a customer should be able to get an adjustment. Associates should be able to let customers know of upcoming sales or give-a-ways.

Black Friday, busy day. Waited in line Outside of the store for 20 plus minutes. Sales associate wasn't sure if certain charms I was looking for where available or not , somebody else had to tell her. She was pleasant to work with as a customer though.

Bought a gift card for my wife. Do not use your stuff. Store was too brightly lighted for my eyes.

I was very satisfied with the customer service. I feel that the selection of charms has decreased. There were not the amount of charms that I'm used to seeing. It seems the store is going in a different direction.
