I felt like when I was trying to decide on a bead to add to the bracelet I was purchasing that asking to look at another bead and taking my time to decide on just the right one(it was a special gift) it was an inconvsnience to the sales person. She just seemed to make me feel like I was being a bother. I wanted to be sure I chose the best bead for my Grandaughter.I even had to ask to please see another bead. It was almost like they only wanted me to look at a few and decide and get out. I may have even purchased more than one but was very put off.

No issues with the visit at all. Sales associates were very friendly and helpful. I find the merchandise to be slightly overpriced which is why I did not give "highly satisfied." Otherwise, no complaints at all.

There was not enough staff in the store to help multiple people at one time. No one greeted me until they were finished working with a customer. No one informed of the current sale items.

The difficulty with which the jewelry opens and closes is not ideal. It is too difficult for jewelry that costs so much. It is likely that I will not purchase further products but the staff was very professional, it's the product that I take issue with.

The store was clean and well-lit. I was able to find exactly what I wanted and get in and out quickly. The employees were very friendly.

It was $10 cheaper at another store
