To me, highly satisfied is the equivalent to excellent on some grading systems. I had a good experience but always think there is room for improvement. There were no issues with the store, the salesperson or selection.

You can't always see the products that are up higher. Lights tend to be a bit blinding

They did not have the ring i wanted for my daughter in stock. You MUST use a chg card with a chip. One of my cards does not have a chip. Luckily, i had the other one with me. That angers me. This is the ONLY store that has not accepted a chg card that doesn't have a chip. This is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!

I wasn't satisfied with my experience because 2 of the sales associates walked past me to help two other people that had just walked in the store the asked me if i needed any assistance after the ladies said they were just looking and i had been waiting patiently for them to finish helping the customers they were with when i walked into the store. Only one person told me she would be with me in a moment.
