Wanted to exchange 2 new classic bracelets for same thing just a bit longer. since more than 30 days was told no by the manager. It is still the exact same thing, NOTHING has changed. This is very ridiculous especially at these prices!

I came in to purchase a marvel infinity ring and I asked if there were any sales and she said no but then proceeded to ask if I was a veteran. Well I am and she offered to give me the military discount which got me really excited, however she tried to do it once ans said " it's not letting me give the discount, it might be a marvel thing, sorrry" Are you serious . You try once and that's it. I have been in sales and when u offer a discount..you give the discount. The transaction from there felt rushed. It's fine though because I plan on returning it this week

I visited Mentor Pandora in the past and the reps always seemed to be attentive, receptive , friendly and at least smile. I understand that this was cyber Monday and the hours were long, I feel as a store manager, your Dispensation should be a little more courtesy. You can tell that the store manager was over worked and very tired. She asked if she could clean my charms, and did not clean them well. Like I stated before. I only visited mentor Pandora especially in the past, and when the rep cleaned my charms, the charms were cleaned and I felt like a valued customer, not just a sale

The bracelet I bought would pull the hair off of the arm when worn. Would have liked to see more cross over / features in the charms

Found out jewelry I got in February was default and it can’t come off unless I cut it off. I’m upset because I wasn’t told when I brought it. And the girls said there’s nothing they can do.

Upon entering the store, the associate that waited on me seemed agitated and definitely not friendly. I was able to hear another associate engaging with her customer and was very pleasant which I complimented her (wish I had gotten her name). This is the first time in 10 years that I felt my business was not wanted at a Pandora store.

The sales person didn't help removing my bracelet. I had to remove my bracelet myself to show them the problem I was having with my charm. After my charm was fixed I purchased another one. Had to ask her to put it for me. She had no customer service skills was very dry and acted like she was afraid of me. Just to let you know I have been fully vaccinated. I think she was very rude.

The staff didn’t greet me when I entered the store. The lady who finally helped me didn’t want me to get a closer look at the charms
