I waited in line outside the store for approximately 15 minutes. The associate came and directed me to an open kiosk. She then proceeded to have a five minute conversation with the next customer about products. I found that to be rude and unprofessional.

i was not shown the ring i bought in store. when i finally looked at it after coming home the ring was missing diamonds. the store should definitely quality check before selling items.

The sales rep my husband and I had did nothing but brag about his two Dodge sports cars he paid off...I’m pretty sure he sold us a gift set we didn’t ask for but we purchased it anyway. Maybe I’d he wasn’t focused on getting a cash wash for his fancy car he would’ve been paying attention to the price of the merchandise. He gave us the impression that we may not be able to afford our purchase because we were black. His name is George with ashy ankles

Associates were not very friendly or welcoming. Attire worn by associates was also not very professional.

The manager of the store was very rude.

The selection was pretty weak. I asked to see multiple things and they weren't in stock. This includes a ring a pair of earrings and multiple beads

You was not able to move around store. And never a sale on products

The wait time was very long And annoying There is always only one sales associate When your on a time limit you shouldn’t have to wait 30 mins

System up during the transaction.

Some of the items that’s I came in to purchase was not in the store nor did the sale associate offer to Oder online and ship it to the store. I also came to exchange a ring that she told me was not in the store but yet I seen it with my own eyes that it was . She didn’t even seem willing to even check
