My son passed and my bracket broke lost receipt, and was not fixed because of the receipt, also bought a set of 3 charms on vacation the Dominican Republic the one charm the lettering is not visible, calling they said the same no receipt can’t help me, with these charms allot are gifts and u don’t have a receipt ? I feel if your charm or whatever is not to your satisfaction we should be acknowledged, with the prices I have 2 full bracelets, it’s just not right ? Makes me not want to continue to buy anymore, as much as I love every piece I bought or received, sad the way it’s handeled, my son passed and the memories of the pieces mean allot just wish they could be fixed

Staff was busy and I was only client in the store.

I was there looking for charms most of the terms are not out in the open open Button boxes and you have to ask to browse them they should be in display cases

The Pandora store did not offer birthstone charms. It was difficult to decide what to purchase because nothing stood out. There was not enough diversity with the charm designs and colors.

Small store. Went for Disney charms and not much selection.

Associate came off a bit rude initially and making comments to me about a conversation I had with my sister that the associate listened to and didn't like what I said. A bit rude and put off at first but got a little better toward end of visit, when we were both spending money of course.

The knowledge of the associate in regards to the product lacked. A lot of the merchandise is over priced as well.

More than 50% of what I came to purchase was not available. Another associate kept interjecting with what I was purchasing as if the associate that was working with me was incompetent. My experiences with other locations beat this location by far.

Very small store and merchandise not well organized or on display.

When we walked into the store there were 2 sales associates and we were 1 of 2 customers. We were not greeted and stood there for several minutes for anyone asked us if we needed help. We were asked "did you need to look at something?" The associates seemed put out by helping us. For the price of the charm we purchased it wasn't great service. I mentioned we were looking for a specific charm which see said she hadn't seen in a long time. So does that mean they don't make it or its discontinued? I will shop online over stopping into this location again.
