The manager at the great lakes mall store, has a very cold personality and is not very willing to help at the customers interest. I have spent a sufficient amount of money over the past two months ($700) or over, trying to build a lovely bracelet with quality charms from your store. I will NOT shop that store ever again. She is not quality management for your products.

I felt like the sales associate was not interested in helping me make a selection. She seemed very rushed and was greeting customers as they came in and not paying attention to me. It overcharged me 2 times my credit card. She seemed very frustrated with me and did not thank me for my $210 purchase. A shop there every year. This is the 1st time a sales representative didn't even make eye contact with me and she treated me like she wanted me to hurry up and was not interested and helping me make a selection.

Item went on sale within 3 days of purchase. Price adjustment was not an option so I opted to return and not purchase additional items as I had planned upon entering the store. Associate told me the person that was with me would have to buy the item at the sale price and also indicated the cc being used could not be the same card originally used to purchase. This associate also assumes the person with me was my spouse. Never have I ever been told that the person shopping with me would have to purchase the item in order for me to get the sale price because Pandora will not do a price adjustment. As a 50 yo female with history of retail work experience as well as an avid shopper this is the first I have encountered this type of situation. I have purchased many pieces of jewelry over the years and also gifted the Pandora brand. With the holiday season here I will likely find other places to fulfill my jewelry purchases.

All 3 sales associates gave me a hard time about a bracelet I purchased in December 2021 that was broken , very disappointed in the first sales associate approach, the second sales associate didn’t offer no help the last sales associate dropped all my charms on the floor didn’t offer to clean them and I believe she lost one of my charms. I was so upset by whole experience I will not return to that Pandora location. Terrible customer service from all 3 associates. Not friendly very disappointed worst experience at this Pandora location
