Our sales associate was not helpful during my experience. She did not help us enough in showing us all the different charms available. My friend and I were not exactly sure what we were looking for and instead of showing us a bunch of different things she was just telling us categories waiting for us to pick one. Wish they would have just brought out a bunch to look at

Store only had 2 associates. Had to wait outside even though sign said to take up to 13 people but only 6 were inside. Not fully stoked.

My HUSBAND was in the store shopping for me a impromptu charm present and he told me when he got home that the sales associate was very rude and like helping him was a chore 😞 we shop at this pandora mostly because it’s close to home we love pandora maybe she was having a bad day 🤦‍♀️

It took sales person over 20 min to find things only to tell me they where not available. All of the items i was looking for were not on display and not available to look at.

Store had many sales people but no one knew what was going on. Very disorganized. 4 different people assisting for one sale, in site for hours. The way they had to find barcodes was awful

The wait time was excessive. There were not enough sales associates available to accommodate the number of buyers on Black Friday. Better staffing would have improved the experience.

So I was told by the first sales girl she could not look up my card. She also did not know they had the snow white charm I was looking for. Finally after quite a while I had to ask the manager to step in and help me. His name was George and he was helpful. I do not remember the first sales girl, but she obviously needs more customer service training.
