I was not allowed to enter store and had to stand in line outside. Clerk that was taking names said it was so the store wouldn't look "cluttered" per company policy. I would have liked to browse. Instead, when ushered in, I felt rushed and as though the associates didn't want to be bothered. They wanted a quick sales and to send everyone on their way. I understand it is the holiday season, however, I have never been, nor have I seen anyone else treated like cattle going to slaughter. Will not go back to this location.

My double leather pink bracelet broke. The silver end that went into the Barrell cane off. I took it to the store. Many sales associates looked at it. Said it was no longer warrented. I was not happy. They looked up my sales record. I did not know that storesike the mole hole did not enter my purchases. I average $300 with them annually. Anyway they had a pink bracelet but it was clearance and the associate said because it was clearance I could not have it. Finally after back and forth she gave me the clearance one. Sadly it is not the same Irredecent pink of my other. I am very gentle on your products and was shocked when it broke. If this had been my only experience with Pandora. I would NOT return. PS I wish they made a red leather bracelet.

The Sales Associate Gabby was very unpleasant. She seemed liked she didn't want to be there. I asked how much a band was and she said I don't know I'd have to go over there to check....and just looked at me. If I were to see her in the store the next time I try to visit I would not go in. She ruined the whole experience of getting my Anniversary present. The bad thing is my husband was in the store the day before and he said she was rude as well. So this is not an isolated incident.

I was purchasing a promise ring for my girlfriend . Who chose a ring that marked $60.00 underneath . We both were excited about it , mainly the price for me . As the sales associates was checking us out she realize that the price was wrong on the ring , the ring was actually $75.00 . A mistake on there end not ours They stated that one of the associates must of place the wrong pricing on the ring . So she went and grabbed her manger to see if she can modify the price of the ring since it was a mistake on their end . The manger dryly came out and pretty much said it was nothing she can do I feel then her customer service was very poor she really acted as if she didn’t care .. the sale associate was very apologetic but the store manger could really care less . My girlfriend and I were very disappointed she got a charm instead but that’s not what she really wanted . We honestly probably wouldn’t even go back to that store which is disappointing because she loves to shop there

I had a return that was under warranty and the first time I went in the lady said she could give me a new one, but they didn't have any, and to check back. so we did and it took a few weeks. I went called and they said they had them, so I went in, and the lady was very rude and nasty! I spent a lot of money here and don't think its fair to have nasty people working here. I wont be back!

During the Christmas Holiday, the store only had 3 sales associates and the wait in line was an hour to an hour and a half long. The person I was buying a gift for requested a pandora charm and that is the only reason I waited in the line.

THERE IS NOT ENOUGH SALES ASSOCIATES. THE ASSOCIATE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE RING BEING ON SALE. THE RING I PURCHASED WAS IN A BOX MIXED WITH OTHER RINGS PRICED WRONG. IF SOMETHING IS ON SALE IT SHOULD BE MARKED AND IN A SEPARATE AREA NOT MIXED WITH OTHER ITEMS.
