I questioned my purchase total before leaving the store and was told everything was rung up correctly. Got home and found out that I was charged too much for an item. Had to go back to the store to receive adjustment on 1 item and found out I was charged wrong on 2 items. Return took way to long.

I shop at Pandora for charms to represent the death of my son.I have filled several bracelets in his honor this shopping experience turn bad when shopping there was a customer line formed then a customer returned to the store after purchasing and keaving she jumped in front of all other customers and when the awaiting custo.ers comained nothing was said or did the managrr and associated alliwed the distespect .i told the return customer how distespect that was i exchanged words with the custoners because she told me it was not my business but it is and was my business ..It was a situation that was terrible and should not have happened .i am hurt insulted and felt disrespected

had to exchange bracket for smaller size. only brought bracelet from a $400+ order. Manager wouldn't exchange for a smaller size, unless i brought my entire order back in. Came to store the next day, Tuesday Dec 27, closed because of short staff. same manager sitting in the store with the lights off chatting on the phone. I get short staff issues, but, you cannot open a store with 1 person? Had to make another trip back the next day, with my entire order and was exchanged with no issues. Purchased a sale item an my wife decided she did not like it. Tried to return the next day to exchange for another charm. was told alls sales final on sale items. YOU REALy NEED TO MAKE THAT AWARE BEFORE CUSTOMER MAKES A SALE PURCHASE. In todays age with a major chain. Alls sales should be returnable. I spent over $600 on Pandora merchandise this holiday. The way I was treated with just trying to get a different size bracelet and return a sale item. I doubt I will be giving my business to Pandora in the future.

I was not acknowledge, 2 people went ahead of me even though I was in the store before them. I feel the store is but so big and even though the both associates knew I was next they didn't approach me to see what I needed, they just took the person standing close to them and I had to wait until everyone else was taken care of..

I was satisfied with my experience. Jahomara was patient and very knowledgeable. I didn't see anything at first based on prior purchases my Wife has. Jahomara asked questions that identified a blind spot on, that I didnt think about. My son plays football, and triggered my Wife would love it..I purchased it nice job great customer experience!

The sales person acted as if she did not want to wait on me . When the sale was completed she packaged my item in as crumpled used Pandora bag. She kept checking her watch like I was wasting her time.

Our sales associate MyNasha was extremely rude to me and our friends. We had gone into Pandora to purchase friendship rings before we leave for college and the entire time we were looking at rings she we was extremely rude to us. We felt very rushed during our selection time, she would make rude comments towards my friends and belittle us, and giving us sarcastic comments that weren’t well thought out. She also kept interrupting our conversation's. We love this Pandora location but we were very displeased with our experience today.

I had switched my ring in and bought a new one and decided that I wanted to get my old one back and because it was damaged they wouldn’t give it back even though I was willing to pay full price for it. My dad bought me that ring and he passed away a few months ago after buying it for me and it upsets me that they wouldn’t give it back.
