Associated dropped charm and places the broken charm in the box and said would replace before placing in the box and wheni got home the damaged broken charm was in the box

, my necklace was sold out the one i original liked and so i asked for an alternate and it was also out of stock finally got a necklace i liked and when she put it on for me she needed assistance because she was unable to and the other woman put it on backwards it was way to tight i ended up having to take it off i now have to purchase a longer chain

Very rude. Did not allow me to look around the store. He did not offer to clean my jewelry. I was being rushed. I was treated like I didn’t have enough money. Just overall rude!

first of all I love my purchase. Seconds the sales associate George L was very rude and very pushy I did not like his customer service whatsoever. I’m not sure if they make commissions on what they sell but no one wants to go into a store where people are trying to push stuff down your throat when you tell them you only have so much to spend. Third why I was standing at the counter while he was ringing up my purchase there was another associate working she pushed through me and my husband didn’t say excuse me nothing when she could’ve went around us. Then as he was ringing my purchase up and doing my credit application they were talking amongst themselves and he was working with me and trying to help her ring up her purchases. He had to constantly stop so he can put his numbers or whatever in the register or tablet so she can ring up her purchases. I wish there was a closer Pandora store to me I or I might just order online I noticed that there was a item that he could’ve sold me that would’ve been cheaper than what I got for instants he wanted to sell me two stoppers one on each side of the bracelet so the charms will not fall off when he could’ve suggested

When I initially bought my mother in law a ring here I purchased a size 4. Not knowing it was a final sale ring. She needs to up a size since she already wears another pandora ring I got her on her ring finger. When I purchased this ring I was no where aware this was a final sale. I am now leaving the store with a ring no one can wear. Very disappointed.

I took 2 bracelets and loose charms to be cleaned. I asked about this before Christmas and they told me to come back after the first of the year. This is the first time I had bracelets cleaned and they were NOT dirty. My sister told me I should take them in at least once a year to be cleaned and checked. First the “manager” took everything to a closed room in the store and after being gone for a long time came out with pictures of three bracelets. One belonged to my daughter the full bracelet and loose charms were mine. The manager placed all of my loose charms on another bracelet and said she always wore a empty one so she could clean them. Gave me a photo of three bracelets and had me sign a paper so she could clean. Looking at the photos it didn’t seem like the correct number of charms were there but I had my small granddaughter with me so did not pay a lot of attention. After being gone for quite some time she brought out bracelets & charms. They looked terrible. They looked 100% better before I gave them to her to clean. She told me she ran them through the cleaner 4 times and hand polished. I went to another jewelry store to ask if they were ruined. Came home used 2 cleaning

Supervisor was very unprofessional. She supposedly cleaned my 2 bracelets and instead of placing back on my wrist, as other associates had done in the past, she handed them to a security guard to give back to me. PLUS... she DID NOT clean my bracelets! They were still dirty. She did take my charms off and didn’t replace them as she found them. When I questioned her about it she tried to blame me. She knew all along that she hadn’t cleaned my bracelets. Shay at the Great Lakes store is horrible! I have 2 fully loaded pandora bracelets that were purchased at that store. My husband and children shop from my wish list. We will not be returning to that store to be mistreated by Shay! We’ve spent way too much money there!
