After waiting in an extremely long line before being able to enter the store, the sales associates were not friendly or helpful. The quality of this store’s customer service is very poor. Your sales associates do not act like they are happy to take care of their customers, and could not care less if the customer is satisfied. I work in retail and understand how it can be at times, but the lack of friendliness or even a smile is uncalled for, and does not make me want to spend my money there.

Tried to return a ring that had a diamond missing. Sales associate wasn’t nice. Wouldn’t get a manager. She couldn’t find a replacement for 1/2 hour ... coworker found the ring I wanted to buy. All of our 15 or more Pandora rings end of oddly shaped or broken or a piece missing. Very poor quality. After this last experience I will no longer spend money supporting Pandora.

Was told incorrect Black Friday store hours by Ebony S. when visited on 10 NOV 18. Was also told by Ebony S. I would be able to receive my military discount in addition to the sales event (a primary reason for my return visit as I wanted to purchase a replacement bracelet that no longer fit properly); the same person then denied this capability. Further, I was not told about the additional 10% off period that lasted for a few hours in the morning on 23 NOV 18.

The sales associate dropped the credit card machine on my finger and she barely apologized. It hurt also and I should have completed an incident report. She could open the jewelry snap because she had on very long fake nails. She was also playing games, I should have left the merchandise there and went to another Pandora store. The reflection bracelet that I purchased was part of a gift set, but was only in size 17 and 19, I needed an 18 and she tried to talk me into getting the size 17 when I told her it was tighter than I wanted it. I ask her was the size 18 available at store, she said, no, then finally looked in drawer and found them. I asked her could I have the 18, she said it’s 199.00 and not part of promotion. She finally said she would switch the 17 for the 18. I also purchased 3 charms, she kept dropping the charms trying to put them on because of the long nails. If she can’t work with those nails, then she should not be allowed to wear them. I will go to a different store next time. Very disappointed with the service from this young woman. All of my prior visits have been pleasant.

I went in to exchange a present for my daughter and both associates gave me an attitude about returning/exchanging. I wanted to exchange one charm and return a ring I had purchased the previous week. The sales lead and the sales associate both got an attitude when I told them I did not want to purchase anything else. They were very rude and I don't understand why you get an attitude when making a return.

a charm was mispriced as clearance. it was displayed in the case with a dot. after being rang up the .45% did not come off. the mgr on duty called another store to verify the price which was also full price. I told her that typically stores honor the prices they display so if you had it marked you should honor, it was refused so i returned the items right after I had purchased them.

I was in Pandora to make a purchase while I was waiting one of the sales associates offered to clean the bracelets I had on. Once she returned she said that the oxidized bracelet had turned silver. She said Pandora would replace the bracelet but they didn’t have any in the store. She said they would be receiving a shipment on Monday June 4th. Haven’t heard a thing as of yet and today is June 6th.

I had a coupon for $10 off from one of these surveys, which means I am a previous customer. They said because of the sale I could not use it. I understand that, however a customer next to me said, "they just let me use mine!" The sales girl heard this, and said I should speak with the manager. The manager wouldn't even look up from what she was doing, shrugged her shoulders and mumbled that they are not supposed to use coupons. All customers should be treated the same. I will not go back to that store. The manager should have handled this better.

I was at the Mall's store to get a gift and you had to wait in line outside the store for around 30 minutes so sales people could wait on one person at a time, While standing in line many employees were just standing in the store talking and laughing and not helping anyone while we were trying to get in the store and spend some money. Very bad shopping experience when a store isn't in a rush to make sales. Many people walked away mad . Please keep your $10 gift as I will not be back to Pandora again because of how you ran the store .
