The time before this I had gone into this Pandora looking for a charm and was told they didn't sell it and had a terrible time. About a year later I returned for this visit and was greeted with a COMPLETELY different experience where both of the associates were helpful and pleasant and helped me find the charm I had been looking for a year ago when I had a negative experience. They were friendly and welcoming and even though were attending to other customers as well they let me know they'd be happy to help me whenever I needed assistance.

Natallia was very knowledgeable and efficient in helping with my purchase. She had been assisting another customer when I arrived and took the initiative to let me know she would be with me in a few moments. The other staff members assisted when I found something as I was leaving that I was interested in and offered to hold it while I checked with my daughter.

I bought a safety chain on previous visit but wasn't wearing my bracelet and couldn't remember how to put it on. I went to the store another Saturday it was quite busy but it's Saturday have to expect that. I waited for Natallia since she is pleasant and very helpful to me before. She put on my safety and I was able to get the proper size for my bracelet as I had informed her that I thought it was tight from a previous exchange at another Pandora and no way a few more charms could fit. She also suggested how to balance out my bracelet which led me to buy another shimmer charm. I also bought a few other things especially when on sale. Natallia is patient which she gave the same attention to the customers before me. She is a wonderful employee-store manager! I shall be returning at a later date for a few other charms and I hope she's available and if not, I hope other staff is as accommodating and helpful as she is.

Always personable associates. Always take time to assist in personal assistance when get overwhelmed with all the beautiful choices. Nice to be recognized when I walk in.

I love my Pandora bracelets and charms and I was very satisfied with my purchase. I received gift cards for Christmas from family and friends because my family and friends know that I love Pandora charms, bracelets, rings and earrings.

This was my first visit to a Pandora store where the items being bought were for myself. I was able to look through a catalog and select items that were unique to me that held a meaning for the charms selected. Unknowing to us before entering the store, there was also a sale going on and we bought more charms than anticipated which was a great deal for the 45% off discount when buying at least 3 charms. We were satisfied customers and stayed within budget.
