Pandora Jewelry

The only problem I have with Pandora is the size of the stores. Every location has always been extremely claustrophobically small making it hard and uncomfortable to shop.

Sales associates were not helpful, they did not offer to show similar products. They were rude and in a rush.

Love everything about pandora.

The Associate who assisted me was great. She was working alone and while I understand that it was toward the end of the day, it would have been good to have at least one other associate available, as other customers were waiting. I was also disappointed that a couple of items that I wanted weren't in stock...I especially wanted the dangling clover charm and a 7.9 inch bracelet...neither were in stock.

Computers were down for an hour

it happen to have been my first time at pandora. I didn't have any expectations. I simply liked what I saw and I got them.

If there were a way to look up receipts from purchases by email from other locations, that would have made my visit much easier and better. For my return I had to call Providence Place myself to get a copy of my receipt for my exchange.

Some charms I was looking for was not available but I did purchase other charms that I liked.

I purchased the Be Mine Stacked, which was advertised for 20% off, at the did not realize that Stack did not include 20% off of the full amount. It only took it off of the $234.00 and not the soul mate engraver which was actually part of the $299.00 advertised price. I thought that was a bit misleading or a bit of false advertising
