I purchased three of the same rings as matching gifts, however, the metal of the rings was shinier for some than others (and noticeably so).

I'm not highly satisfied because on I tried to take advantage of your free gifts (bracelet & ornament) and on both occasions, the store had ran out. Please be more considerate of your customers and make the gifts enough for your customers...as we spend a pretty penny on the jewelry. Please free to contact me if any of the gifts are now available. The experience was good. I love Pandora, but I find that your merchandise is very expensive. Sometimes I'd like to look around on my own, but that's impossible, since an associate has to show the products...small space.

The sales associate that waited on me was very good. A couple of other sales associate in the store didn't seem very professional

I was expecting the free earring with $125 purchase, promotion. I was disappointed that the dates were changed. The change of dates will have me spending more at Pandora, than I had planned. Please do better by your customers.

The item I wanted was in stock, but not in the size that I wanted. I'm not particularly happy with this year's September promotion...I enjoyed beibg able to get a free bracelet. It would be nice if you'd bring back some of ypur retired items for a limited time.

I was highly satisfied because the staff was attentive and ready to help. I didn't have to wait to be help and when I asked for a specific piece of jewelry and she knew exactly where to find it.

I find PANDORA to be really over priced. Additionally, if you have a receipt you should be able to get your money back at all stores not just store credit at some

This is my third time at this store and representatives are not friendly. I’ve been to other Pandora stores and feel they provide better customer care.

Brought my 3 bracelet and chain with 23 charms to clean. One charm was damaged during the process. The manager kept saying it was fine. That it had water inside. The associate showed her the picture and the charm and you could see the damage. Manager still insisted it was water. Then she asked me I didn’t like her tone. What I wanted her to do. I said I don’t know, what can she do? I brought in a good charm and now it’s damaged. She exchanged the charm and told me not to bring it back to clean. Before this all happened she was very friendlt because she was trying to get me to spend 150 on a Bracelet and apply for a credit card. Her attitude changed when my charm was damaged. Not once did she apologize. No customer service whatsoever. No tact. Very disappointed. I have to say the sales associate was nice. The manager is the one who was rude.
