Unfortunately I failed to read the fine print on the website and didn't realize that I was allowed only one $10 survey discount in a six months period. I had previously used 2 i one purchase. I was a bit embarrassed this go around. Please print the entire survey policy on your receipts. Us it customary to keep the bottom of the old receipt with the survey code? I'm aware that the code can only be used once; I wouldn't attempt to use a code more than once.

Sales person was very rude she made it seem like I did something wrong by exchanging my charm. I had the receipt and I brought it back because it was catching on my clothes. I really loved the charm but didn’t want it to break.

I placed an order online for Pickup Instore and included an additional Pickup person (my adult daughter w/same last name). This information was recorded and confirmed in an email from Pandora once my order was ready. When the alternate Pickup person arrived at the store, they were given a difficult time and told they could not pickup the order. Even with a copy of the confirmation email with both names on it, valid photo ID, the credit card used for the purchase, and myself on the phone to confirm the information, we were still denied pickup. It wasn’t until I (The Customer) came up with an alternative option to retrieve the merchandise were we able to find a resolution. This is unacceptable Customer Service, especially coming from a store Manager.

I went in with the intention of purchasing 3 or 4 clips. I was shown one full and one partial tray, much less than in the catalog, and much less than I had seen in previous trips to the store. The salesperson was sullen and extremely inattentive, which was the experience my husband had when he visited this store to purchase my birthday gift. I will return to the store because I like the collection. He will never buy me another piece of Pandora as a result of his experience. I ultimatey just purchased one clip today.

The sale associate was rude and very dismissive. She gave me attitude as soon as I walked through the door, gave me one word answers and made me feel unwelcomed. She’s lucky I even completed the purchase.

I felt not welcome at all as that I am bothering them. They weren't friendly although the younger girl was a little more nicer than her manager. I felt like they hated me or maybe they hate their job. I wish I didn't go into that location

The sales associate was extremely rude and unhelpful. If I did not need a gift for my sister on that day, I'd leave the store and go somewhere else. I thought about leaving the whole time. She was yawning a lot the whole time, and it was very clear that she did not want to help me shop. There wasn't a smile or a proactive behavior towards me. She was really unfriendly. Her body language was really upsetting. At one point she unwillingly handed to me a set of necklace and earring (the one I bought) but she did not put the back of one of the earrings on. When I picked it up it obviously fell on the floor. I apologized profusely and located the earing on the floor. She looked at me extremely annoyed and did not move a muscle to find the missing earring. The other sales associate decided to pick it up. The sales associates who were supposed to help me just stood there looking at me like my presence was not wanted in the store. It was the worst shopping experience ever. Before leaving I asked her name: Bea.

I went for a purchase, the display said one price, and the sales associate confirmed that price. However, when I went to pay I was charged a higher price. When I brought this problem to their attention, they told me, “I’m sorry but that’s the price”. When I went back to check the display they removed the price displayed. Therefore, I returned all the items I bought.

When I entered the store there was one other customer and 2 sales clerks. I was welcomed into the store and expected the clerk who was not with the customer to wait on me. Instead she walked into the back and didn't return. The other clerk needed to call another store for her customer and also went into the back. Another customer came into the store, waited for a clerk, got disgusted and left. finally, the second clerk emerged from the back and I asked if I could now be waited on. Her excuse was she had been busy cleaning a ring or something. I asked her to pull 4 beads so I could choose one for my wife. after she pulled the 4, and I chose one, she seemed upset that I wasn't taking all 4. This was not a shining example of customer service.
