Pandora Jewelry

Our salesperson was named Ashely and she was very rude. When we went up to her she stared us and did not greet us. She was extremely rude. As we were checking out she snapped at customers “do you need to keep opening the door it’s too cold for that”. When we asked for a size smaller she said no and that they can’t do that for us, therefore we left with sizes that didn’t fit. We are going to visit a different store to hope for a better experience.

I was generally satisfied but the associate rang up the wrong item number therefore I had to do a return/exchange then , in case the receipient wanted to exchange it. It was a minor thing.
