I had ordered a bracelet for my granddaughter's 15th birthday and it was the wrong size. We went to the store to exchange it. The sales person was very helpful and just wonderful. Thank you for making this exchange a dream!

the associate was very helpful with helping me get a gift for my mother. she even helped me pick out what bracelet to get her that would match her charms well too. she answered all my questions that i asked that day, it was a great experience.
