Clerk was knowledge and great of sharing of ideas of how to put different charms together. Bought a necklace the week before and it broke--she was eager to exchange for a new one. Safety was handled in an expert manner. Very friendly and patient clerks. Was out of some new charms but ordered what I wanted right there on the spot. I love Pandora!!!

Great customer service

The selection and quality for the price is great. I ordered a ring online and it was too big came into the store and was able to exchange it for a smaller size. The smallest size they had was still a little too big so they gave me a 10% off coupon for fast fix to get it adjusted.

The lady helping me samantha and Chloe were very friendly nice and sweet and they have excellent customer service and they made my overall 1st pandora experience was great the charms can get a little pricey but it was ok
