I explain to the sales associate what I was looking for and she was able to get everything for me also since this was a gift for my wife and daughter she marked the gifts for me so I would not make a mistake for Christmas

The Pandora purchase experience in store is second to none! Employee’s are kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help search for whatever it may be you are looking for, or have seen on tv. All Pandora product is made of high quality and is just absolutely beautiful, my wife love’s everything from Pandora, (unfortunately for me lol.) I would recommend Pandora to everyone and all ages!

I was undecided on a purchase, either a necklace or bracelet. Muhanad K. was excellent. He listened, explained the current promotion completely, showed me the promotional bracelets. Still undecided, we moved on to the necklaces. He picked an excellent selection for me and found two birthstones that complimented the necklace along with a perfect hoop for them. He provided perfect service for an undecided customer. My husband and I were very satisfied with the quality of his service and my new necklace.

I Do not live in the city where the store I visited is located. However If I did I would definitely return.
