The sales associate and manager were amazing. I needed a last minute gift needed an extra item they had one left in inventory and searched the whole store until they found it for me. They went above and beyond and could not have been more wonderful!!!

Was able to walk right and find exactly what I wanted and the sales associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Everyone was nice !

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about their products. When I explained the nature of the gift I was buying she was very helpful in assisting me in zeroing in on the perfect charm and 2 coordinating ones to complete the overall look I was trying to achieve. She was also helpful to me in answering several questions I had about a new direction I want to pursue with my Pandora collection. I will likely be following up with those purchases soon. What could have taken a lot of my time was reduced to a very minimal time due to her invaluable assistance.

Everyone is so nice in the store. They even have remembered me and my name. The sales associates go out of their way to show me other options.
