Jannie was extremely friendly and helpful and another sales associate even came over to check and make sure everything was going okay and offer assistance if needed. I was even able to get my bracelet and old charms cleaned and it came out fantastic.

Rachael was very attentive and checked several cabinets and back stock to find the items I was requesting. She noticed that I received the item as a gift and registered me in the savings program as well offered the cleaning package as well.
