I was able to purchase an Exclusive pandora charm representing one of the well known cities in my state. The staff were friendly, fun and helpful.

The staff was very polite and friendly greeting me upon arrival and throughout my visit. They were helpful in suggesting my next charm. They even helped me add my charm to my bracelet along with a clip keep the charm in place. Will return in the future.

Kennedy at the St Matthews was very kind and very patient with me. I apologized because I couldn’t make up my mind which charm I wanted. She kept telling me, it’s not a problem at all. She was very sweet. I told her my husband and I will be back again and we are asking for her. She was very knowledgeable. She Rocks!
