Everyone is so kind a curtious, the quality of the jewelry is impeccable, i absolutely love the pandora me because of how much i get to chang up my look to suit my needs/expressing my own style my only critique is that there arent any charms that use genuine crystals like amathyst, quartz , rose quartz, etc. being a witch i love healing crystals but other than that i love pandora 😊

Although there was a 15 minute wait to enter the store. Gabrielle helped me to purchased what I wanted, she was very helpful and friendly. I came to exchange an item and ended up buying two items. Although their is not a lot of gold charms, I am satisfied with my purchase.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. They explained all of the different options to me and helped me choose the jewelry that worked best for me.

I ordered online wrong size, and I went to the store in person to correct. Very easy and the staff where great. I had no issues which is why I will return again.
