Our sales lady, Melissa , was patient in allowing us to look at charms. Customer service could have not been better. Melissa is an asset to your store.

I originally tried to purchase my item online to pickup in the store. The website wouldn't allow it, because it couldn't verify inventory. I called the store, and they confirmed they had the item and would hold it for me. I was able to come, quickly view and then purchase the item. The associate even helped me get it boxed appropriately for a birthday gift.

The sales associate, Anastasia, was very helpful and patient as I made my selection.

I always come back because the staff is very attentive and pleasant .. especially the two Venezuelan girls and Genesis (I think it's their name) they are almost always the ones who take care of me
