When the two items I was looking for were not in the store Tiffany offered suggestions on other items. She was patient, kind and showed me numerous items to choose from. She did a great job for being the first day at the Louisville location!

I asked for Noah and he had stopped what he was doing to help me out and was very helpful and I value his opinion when picking out my charms rings and this time I got a necklace based off his recommendations! I was highly satisfied with my experience because Ayana was nervous lol. She's new to Pandora and did everything she was suppose to. She greeted me, made suggestions, offered the option to apply for a Pandora card etc. She was very sweet!

The manager with whom I worked was very attentive and knowledgeable. She held merchandise for me while I went home to get previously bought merchandise so I could make a seamless return and make an additional purchase.
