Madison was great at helping me with what I wanted

The reps were all extremely kind and patient while I looked at merchandise. They were quick to make conversation, so it felt extremely welcoming. Looking at each new shelf was awesome, it felt like a brand new store with each new display.

Madison which was mine and my sisters good fortune to have as a sales associate did everything she could to make my experience eventful in a good way. I enjoyed her enthusiasm immensely in trying to help me achieve the look, the theme I was looking for with the bracelet. I actually had a new charm bracelet and was so thrilled I bought 3 more on this day to add as I already had started with 2 and also bought beautiful separators. And found another bracelet to start another theme. She was a sheer delight to work with. I was apologizing for taking so much of her time but she kept assuring me I had her attention and she would see I had the result I was looking for. Your merchandise is beautiful. She added me as a client of hers which I was thrilled she did. I liked her a lot. I am a mature woman and she is a young woman who has the patient to work with a customer who is unsure of what I really want. But it was just a delight to meet and work with her. And I love your store, clean well lit and just such good people working there, the attitudes, the helpfulness, the trying to please and just a happy experience. I will be back soon real soon.

I was interested in two charms and they were both available. Jannie was very kind and helpful!! She showed me many other charms I was also curious about and she answered all of my questions. She also cleaned my bracelet while I was there.

First LaMya and her friend was the best from the beginning to the end I’m so mad I don’t know her friend name she they both popping this is my ONLY PANDORA from now on won’t be shopping nowhere else it’s the customer service from me yess perfection at its best
