I've purchased from this location (5000 Shelbyville Rd. Louisville, KY) several times in the past 3 years and I ALWAYS ask for Rachael. She is the BEST and extremely knowledgeable as well as very professional. It's like she knows what I like before I do.. She deserves to be commended.. :)

Customer service was fantastic. Aliyah helped me out. I was buying jewelry for myself after going through a rough time. Not only was Aliyah very knowledgeable about the jewelry I was interested in but she was also so kind and gave me some extremely kind parting words when I left. Will definitely be back!
