First time I've been to this store and everything was great. Holidays can be a busy time but all the sales associate handle every customer with care.

The sales associate Rachel was very sweet and knowledgeable of what she was doing. Wait time was reasonable. And a wide selection of items were on display.

Everyone was so friendly, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Prices are extremely worth what you’re buying. Clean stores.

She was professional and polite. If there was something that she didn't know she always asked for assistant.

The sales associate Chelsey K did an amazing job of santizing each item and the iPad when she touched them and when I touched it. She disinfected my bag as well as other items I did not purchase!

The associate I had, Lamya was very nice and showed me the different options of bracelets to choose from. She also knew exactly what charm I was talking about by me just saying it says mom and it has wings. She was very friendly, although she was rushing through, I don't blame her it was busy, she still made my experience one of the bests ones that being said it was my first time shopping at pandora. An hour later I had to exchange the bracelet for a different size although I didn't catch the girl outside name, she apologized for not getting to me sooner and didn't make me wait any longer since I was already there, although there were a ton of rude people she never lost her cool. Definitely will be going back there soon to get my mom another charm!

I've purchased from the Shelbyviille Road - Louisville, KY location several times and have never had a bad experience. In fact Rachel has waited on me 3 times and she is the BEST...
