Gracie was ABSOLUTELY amazing!! By far the best customer associate interaction i have had in this store. She was so fun and so sweet! She sold my friend and I 3 rings a piece and was so helpful and fast! By far my FAVORITE employee at this location and company by far.

The store is always clean. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. We always receive the best customer service and always end up buying more charms!

Rachael is very knowledgeable about the products and how to style them. She was very helpful in assisting me with getting the right size bracelet to make sure all of my charms will fit. She also even offered that I can bring everything in and she would help me clean everything and put them in order on the bracelet. She was very nice, didn't ever act like it was a burden to show me the options (and I asked for a lot), and made me feel safe and welcome. I will definitely come back to this store and request her to help me.

the associate was friendly and she listen to me as i described the item. she was patient with me and very knowledgeable about the item that I was purchasing. She called me by my name. Very important to me. I shop at this location often.
