I was 2nd in line when the store opened, all associates were friendly and helpful and Anastasia was wonderful to work with

I was highly satisfied because the store o was in had a nice variety of charms in though the 2 I was looking for was out of stock I was still able to come out with a purchase for myself and a gift for someone else.

Had a wonderful associate named Noah. He was very patient with me and took quite a lot of time. He brought out numerous trays to find exactly what I was looking for. I was very frustrated with the bracelet and her recommended a cuff. Noah polished all 12 of my charms and separated them on two different cuffs. Because of this I bought the second cuff. He was a delight to work with and very knowledge and kind.

I was highly satisfied because of the sales people in the store...they were very friendly & nice.The customer service was excellent & the mad sure i was satisfied with my merchandiae & asked me questions about how i liked or disliked anything.

Very polite customer service, wish the item in which I'm looking for was available. Other than that will be back.
