Pandora Jewelry

My daughter delighted me with a surprise of a Pandora bracelet for Christmas. However, I had difficulty locking the latch with my left hand. I wore it out once and it popped open which indicated to me I did not have it locked properly even though I thought it was. I chose to exchange it for a bangle bracelet for easier wear. I was assisted by Madison who could not have been more patient and helpful with this process. I do not live in Louisville where this store is located but will be back here for future purchases because of care of customers shown here. Thank you.

Noah was extremely helpful and did a great job. My daughter received a bracelet for Christmas from her boyfriend and we came in to purchase 2 safety clips and Noah helped us find what she wanted. My bracelet was showing a tad bit of oxidation and Noah helped me get it back on track. I purchased 2 spacers for me, 2 clips & a charm for my daughter and cleaning products. Noah was very welcoming and friendly.

Kimberly was helpful and showed me the products I was interested in purchasing.

This was my first time at Pandora shopping for my girlfriend. Kimberly was extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with Pandora and helped me pick out something my girlfriend loved. Only bad part of the experience was it was packed and sold out but to be expected on Christmas Eve.

The girl who helped me was very helped , I didn’t know my ring size and she helped me figured it out and she was patient with me, I really did like her , she was nice .. know how to do her job

The young lady directing the traffic and putting people on the call back list was OUTSTANDING. She appropriately dealt with many rude customers that were telling her she was doing a bad job. SHE WAS DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB!
