The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise.

The store was clean. The floor was neatly swept. The displays were neat and precise.

I was satisfied with this Pandora because the associate wanted to know everything about the person I was getting the bracelet for she was very friendly she knew what I was going for even if I didn’t have a lot of idea or detail of what I really wanted & she had plenty of suggestions and was respectful of how much I wanted to pay

The sales associate was friendly but did not pressure us. They also let us take our time trying to make a decision.

I had a short wait of about 10 minutes to enter the store. However, Micah and Rachel were very attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable. Micah offered to position my new selections on my bracelet, and to clean both my bracelets. Highly recommend St Matthews' Pandora.
