Casey H. was very kind & helpful towards me. She engraved my new rose gold heart in the most beautiful way. Casey helped me select the designs front & back & the results were wonderful!

The salesperson, Carmen, No. 140776, was very knowledgeable in all the Halloween & Thanksgiving charms. She cleaned my two bracelets; I also purchased the pumpkin charm & the dragon Game of Thrones earrings for my niece. I hoped Pandora would stock a ghost charm & more Thanksgiving charms (there was only 1 type of Turkey charm). She has excellent customer service skills.

Having shopped in this store on several occasions I am ALWAYS recognized and greeted by at least one of your associates. Needless to say, this always makes me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. All the associates, from Carmen (the manager) to Beste and others have given me attention and advice. I am also quite impressed that they have advised me that I may have already made a similar purchase and have then offered alternate products!!
