I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associates are kind. I am always greeted when I walk into the store and they always have what I need. The manager knows me and always makes it a point to acknowledge me. The staff there is amazing and I’m always so happen to go to the store and give them my business.

I love the jewelry and service at the store. I'm from another state so I won't return to this store, but would if I loved near. Just had a stone fall of my ring a day later so that was dissapointing.

There were enough sales associates in the store to help out every customer. The sales associate was knowledgeable and able to locate the rings me and my friend wanted quickly. She helped us pick out our sizes and reassured our decision.
