The ladies working in the store were all fantastic and worked very nicely as a team together. I was sold a new "star" bracelet that had just come out and exchanged a charm that had broken. In addition, the store manager Diane was SO helpful and pleasant.

Initially, I only needed to purchase a gift card for a friend. Then my daughter wanted a bracelet and a saleswoman showed her the gold options since my daughter is allergic to sterling silver. The saleswoman was very patient and explained the different types of metals Pandora offers as well as the lengths of bracelets. She was extremely helpful. We left the store with a gift card and a bracelet with three charms. Thank you.
