The lady I spoke to was so kind and sweet to me and she found exactly what I was looking for. She helped me out with what I wanted and was looking for to get in the future. This store always is so clean and nice I love going in either to buy or just look.

They always have what i am looking for. They are very kind and have very good patience with you. They are amazing staff.

The quality of the bracelets was disappointing to me. Flet and looked cheap, it's a shame because the charms are perfect and so adorable.

The person who assisted me was a manager. She greeted me and immediately customer serviced me, asking what I was looking for today. After telling her what I was looking for she had it ready for me and even upscaled me on an extra item! I ended up buying an extra charm bracelet.

Sales associate was very nice and patient, I had to wait a little bit before being help. Both associates were assisting other customers but I did not mind. The one charm I wanted was not in store.
